TEDxAsheville is a labor of love that wouldn’t be possible without volunteers excited about bringing “ideas worth spreading” to Western North Carolina.
We accept volunteer applications for a variety of positions, including ushers for our salons and main event, supporting on-site logistics, and much more. Whether you have a skill you’d love to share with us (ie. photography, videography, social media) or simply want to jump in and serve—we’d love for you to join us! Utilize TEDx Asheville as a way to demonstrate creative thinking by building awareness and recognition with an engaged and valuable audience of individuals committed to making an impact. This event is integral for the Buncombe County community, and the greater WNC area. Audiences – in person, online and offline – range from high profile Asheville Buncombe County leaders to millennials, and millions of viewers on TED’s own website where videos of the speakers are posted.
